Mexican Sour Cream


We found an interesting effect when one mixes a Danish tonic made with hops and Kirsch. It came out tasting weird like fruity aromatic sour cream was added without any milk products. So we just rolled with our new discovery and added smokey mezcal, various acids and aquavit.




2 cl Six Nordics Midsummer Fling 2 bs Eau-de-vie Kirsch, G. E. Massenez 1 cl mezcal, Alipus San Juan 1 cl tartaric acid 1 cl malic acid

Pour all ingredients into a highball mix ingredients.

Top fat Dane tonic and gently incorporate with a bar spoon.

ACID

Mix out acid to a ph of 2.
